This Privacy Policy explains how the AccuPDF mobile application (the “App”) handles your information. The App is published by AccuPDF (“we”, “us”) and provides PDF tools and how-to guides. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
The App is built to collect as little as possible.
- Files you process. The PDF tools are provided through our website. Files you upload to run a tool are used only to perform the operation you requested. They are removed from our servers automatically after processing, and we do not read, sell, or share the contents of your files.
- Information collected automatically. Basic, non-identifying technical data — such as app version, device type, and crash reports — may be collected to keep the App working and to improve it.
We do not require an account to use the basic tools, and we do not ask for personal details to read the guides.
How we use information
- To run the PDF tool you choose.
- To display guides and content inside the App.
- To diagnose problems and improve the App.
Third-party services
The App is built with the Mobiroller app platform and distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, each of which may process limited technical data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and your choices
Uploaded files are deleted automatically after processing. Any limited technical data is kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the App. To make a data request, email us at the address below.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
