By using accupdf.com and its tools (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AccuPDF provides browser-based PDF tools that run on your own device. Free tools are available subject to a daily usage limit; Premium and Business plans unlock additional tools, higher usage limits, and larger file sizes.
2. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use AccuPDF only for lawful purposes, not to process content you do not have the right to handle, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service. Because processing happens on your own device, you are responsible for the files you choose to process.
4. No warranty on output
The tools are provided “as is”. While we work to make them reliable, automated PDF processing (such as OCR, conversion, compression, redaction, or encryption) can produce imperfect results. You are responsible for reviewing every output file before relying on or sharing it — for redaction and encryption especially, verify the result meets your needs. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccuPDF is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its output.
6. Intellectual property
The AccuPDF name, website, and original content are ours. The tools are built on open-source libraries used under their respective licenses. Your documents and their contents remain entirely yours.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
