By accessing AccuPDF, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AccuPDF provides browser-based PDF processing tools. All file processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not upload, store, or access your files.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Free users are limited to 2 conversions per hour and 10MB files. Premium ($9.99/mo) and Business ($29.99/mo) plans offer expanded limits and features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use AccuPDF for illegal purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

AccuPDF and its original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain all rights to files you process.

6. Limitation of Liability

AccuPDF is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss from PDF processing.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
